Pro adds a private Meet Tello page for your business with a short story, suggested questions, a Message the team form with optional photo attachments, and voice, so customers can speak a question and tap Listen to hear the answer.
Can health care businesses use Tello?
No. Tello is not available for health care or medical businesses, and customers are asked not to share medical details, payment card numbers or passwords in the chat.
How do I see who contacted me?
Every lead appears on your private manage page, and Today with Tello shows who is still waiting for a reply each day.
